More gender equality in work places and society /
JUMP is a Brussels-based social enterprise working with organizations and individuals to close the gap between women and men at work. Gender inequalities are still a major societal issue in European corporates and societies. By raising awareness on gender equality in the working environment and empowering career women, JUMP believes it is also contributing to better performing organizations, a stronger economy, and creating a more equal society.
Founded in 2006 by Isabella Lenarduzzi – an Ashoka Fellow – JUMP offers a wide range of B2B and B2C solutions in Belgium and France. A commercial offering of services and trainings for more gender equality within organisations features a proprietary methodology to accompany executives, heads of HR and diversity in large organisations in their diversity journeys. A second solution, ‘JUMP-for-me’, empowers women by providing a freeware knowledge platform and community that aims to raise awareness and support women at work. To accelerate its internal expansion to the entire French market as well as to Germany, Switzerland and Luxemburg, JUMP is now seeking to raise growth capital.
