We make female impact founders shine
The “HIDDEN GEMS PROGRAMME” by FASE and Benefactum Consulting strives to put amazing female impact entrepreneurs with migrant backgrounds into the limelight. Together, we polish their personal leadership skills and investment readiness and build a positive, appreciative community that helps them master their next growth steps. Discover who has participated in the first cohort and which inspiring impact ventures they build. Saja Chander, Simone Pourier (FASE) and Leanne Mair (Benefactum) have truly enjoyed empowering them on their journeys.
How our programme worked
Which gems we were looking for:
- You are a female founder with a migrant background, leading an European social venture
- Your company creates positive impact
- The market loves your product/service
- You expect a significant growth in the next 1-3 years
- You can attend 5 online sessions from May to June 2024, and a grand closing event* in early July 2024 in The Hague.
How we got them ready to shine:
- They applied via our short and easy registration form and joined an amazing group of female impact entrepreneurs
- If at first glance eligible, we asked them to send a video or short presentation that illustrates their motivation to apply for this programme
- We invited 20 applicants for an interview
- 9 Hidden Gems were selected and announced
