With the help of small chips and beacons, users can retrieve information from a central content management system (CMS) via a mobile app. The service spans areas such as municipalities to museums to guided city tours and is relatively simple and cost-effective to implement. Given the solution\u2019s multiple applications, it enables real inclusion of people with a variety of disabilities (vision, hearing or mobility impairments) as well as those without.
