In doing so, he targets the root of both, concrete age discrimination against older entrepreneurs and the general view that citizens in their \u201cThird Age\u201d have little to contribute to society.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Impact:<\/strong> With his non-profit organization<strong> \u201cGr\u00fcnder50Plus\u201d<\/strong> (\u201cFounder50Plus\u201d) Ralf Sange builds the field for founders and entrepreneurs age 50 and above in Germany.
