Ab 2030 verbietet die EU-Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR) schlecht recycelbare Verpackungen: Rund 80 % der Verpackungen m\u00fcssen neu gestaltet werden, und 2030 fehlen voraussichtlich 3,5 Mio. Tonnen Recyclingmaterial, das die Vorgaben erf\u00fcllt. Zugleich senkt Mehrweg im gro\u00dfen Ma\u00dfstab und bei guter Umsetzung Treibhausgasemissionen, Materialeinsatz und Wasserverbrauch.  <\/h5>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-77080668\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h3 data-rm-block-id=\"block-9\"><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\" data-text-color=\"primary\">Solution<\/span><\/h3>\n<h5 data-rm-block-id=\"block-10\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cu-mehrweg.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CU Mehrweg<\/a> brings the bottle deposit system to food on supermarket shelves. Brands such as Seeberger, Haribo and M\u00fcller\u2019s M\u00fchle fill their products into reusable containers, the CUps. Consumers return them at the deposit machine, like bottles, and CU manages the entire cycle as \u201cpackaging-as-a-service\u201d. The system is independent: because the CUps have a uniform shape, they can be reused across brands and retailers.
