Better orientation and more equal access & retention for future students /
One Week Student (OWS), offers pupils a three to five-day orientation experience at universities in order to decrease the discontinuation rate or the change of studies.
Social problem: 77% of kids with an academic family background study, however only 23% of non-academic kids start an academic career. Therefore, OWS is crucial for non-academic families. The commercial business model works through the sales of online branding and recruitment tools for universities.
Financial needs: For the scaling of the platform and the introduction of the pay-model OWS raised growth capital with the support from FASE.
