In particular, portfolio companies benefit from the partners’ strong track record in impact investing and buy-and-build strategies coupled with a unique network in the target sectors.

Impact Expansion is backed by a strong team of partners with decades of experience in and a strong track record in impact investing and private equity growth. The fund sponsor is KOIS as one of the leading impact investing pioneers (among others, management of several impact funds and initiator of the first social impact bond in continental Europe) and two successful partners with 20+ years of experience in private equity and buy-and-build strategies.

With support from FASE, the fund had a successful final closing at the hard cap of 150m in H1 2024.
